Why is the music so loud in the Ft Wright store? Used to be pleasant to shop there, which I did several times a week. Music was background & is now overwhelming. Can't hear myself think. Complaints ignored. Taking my $$ somewhere else.

When I was there last night I kept seeing teenagers turning it upand then staff going over and turning it down and then again and then again and then again. Was it in the evening cuz that's my guess.

I've been there several times in the past couple of weeks and it was fine but it was also late afternoon we I was there
