I bought a Hyper Men's Havoc bike and when the person I bought it for went to ride it for the first time it started making wierd creaking sounds. I have a warenty on it and I have the tags and pamphlets that came with it but I don't have the receipt

Take it back

Hopefully you purchased it with a credit card. Show up with the bike to return it anyway. If you have any paperwork at all return that too.

Did you buy it with a credit card? If so, you should be able to find out if they can give you the authorization number. If not an still have the Walmart tags, you can take it back if it is within 30 days. If not, call Walmart it self an ask customer service. They maybe able to help you

They will prob give u a gift card u would have to prove it defective and mgr has to approve over 50 dollars and the warranty thru walmart or company?

Id start with WD-40 wherever the "creaking" noise is coming from. That may cure the problem bikes that have been sitting for sometime will need that from time to time. If WD-40 resolve the issue, Walmart should take it back without a receipt.
