I called WalMart store Ft Wright Ky, 4 times, phone operator RUDE, placed on hold 1st time 6 minutes, 2nd time phone operator hung up on me, 3rd time 10 minutes, last call on hold 15 MINUTES, So hard to get someone on the phone, never did, gave up!

I called store several times no answer at 8am. This is crazy and poor customer Service!!!!!!!

That store ha so few people helping inside and custumer care inside the line each always 8-10 people. I do recommend to go directly to the store early to get some help
