Hi Commanetha, pay rate does depend on where you work but that is for officers, our flex officers receive a primum rate for being on call. We also give additional pay on top of your premium rate for anything over a certain mileage from your home. Pay is based on response time and distance. Flex officers are required to be on call so we are sure that they are well compensated. Direct deposit is still in the works but we are on track to be fully launched January 1, 2019 - seems like a lifetime away but our officers are always paid on time. You do have a choice of picking up your paycheck or mailed to your home. Note that we cannot control the USPS. The variation that Mr. Bass is speaking of is the location that officers work, our pay scale is decided though contract negotiations, with an annual raise.
Depends where you work
Ok do they flex officer get paid well or not I am looking for a security company that pays there flex officers well.and how much do they start off regular guards that has set post. I am looking for 13 and up nothing lower.
It does depend moderately on the site you work at. But Officer beware, the pay scale is funny as it involves several bonuses in order to get to the "average" pay. And up to the minute of this reply, they have not integrated direct deposit into the pay dispersement.
