Do they pay for overtime and holidays

Do they hired security officer that has a job already but need extra hours so part time I work the weekends at my other security company. But are they going to get direct deposit cause I do have a bank and get direct deposit with my other job.

If you are lucky you may get a 1st shift, but quite honestly they are usually reserved for the guards that have been at the site for some time working other shifts. That is not to say that it does happen, it can. The circumstances do not occur very often. If something is open generally it will be 3rd or sometimes 2nd shift.

Hi Commanetha, pay rate does depend on where you work but that is for officers, our flex officers receive a primum rate for being on call. We also give additional pay on top of your premium rate for anything over a certain mileage from your home. Pay is based on response time and distance. Flex officers are required to be on call so we are sure that they are well compensated. Direct deposit is still in the works but we are on track to be fully launched January 1, 2019 - seems like a lifetime away but our officers are always paid on time. You do have a choice of picking up your paycheck or mailed to your home. Note that we cannot control the USPS. The variation that Mr. Bass is speaking of is the location that officers work, our pay scale is decided though contract negotiations, with an annual raise.
