This place is first to none. I have never been to a service department that added so much value to me and my daughter. The service person (Roger or Rob) can't remember was outstanding. The woman answering the phone was kind and helped me. The Manager for the service department was kind and helpful. This was the best experience I've ever had with a dealership's service department. Horrible service. Stay away from this Jeep dealership at all cost. The service manager is a joke and the dealership manager is an even bigger joke. Don't waste your time nor money. I would recommend doing to the DuPage location even though it is far there service is much better than this place.

I moved to Will County and I made a appointment for last Friday and I told them that I needed a person to look at my J13 FUSE and assure me that they had mechanics that would have no problem. So we set the APPOINTMENT for needless to say I wasn't a happy customer either.
Mask required. Seating in waiting room is appropriate for social distance.

CHECK YOUR AUTO MANUAL...CERTAIN VEHICLES HAVE NUMBER FROM WHICH A NEW KEY CAN BE MADE! CALL HAWK AUTO..FIRST TO CHECK!
you will have to bring proof of ownership and you id. Not sure if they need your car to program the chip. Call the parts department with your vin number for more information.
I would contact them directly to get that taken care of. They are typically very responsive when you call
My suggestion is try to get there as early as possible, but I agree with everyone, you best bet is to have them take a look at it and let them assess the situation.
