If only. I just spent a half hour trying to get that number. I tried every which way of phrasing the question and was clear that the store legally has to have some sort of phone number that can be reached by the city/state in which it's registered. To no avail. So frustrating. I've been defending Comcast recently, but I may have to change my stance.
It's so rude. I feel like taking the leap to finally cancel this over-priced service. To basically say " we don't respect our customers enough to allow them to call the store" is just corporate rudeness... no concern for customer's time or inconvenience. I dealt with a rep in January. He gave me his card... which does NOT include a phone number. I simply wanted to reach the store to find out if he is working today or when I can meet with him... I don't want to drive all the way there (I dont live anywhere near there and it is rush hour) only to find out he is off today. To have no access to local staff really seems incredibly rude with total disregard for my time. What is the point of having cards for employees? I understand wanting to discourage calls... But having NO local # anywhere on internet means I would have to go there to see if he is working... At which point I would walk in and wave at him... making the card useless. Bizarre. I guess comcast hasnt heard of Roku
This is exactly why I canceled Comcast and now use Sling! Their customer service is amazing, you can talk to a human and SO much cheaper!
Just spent 20 minutes on the general 800 number. They said that no one at the call center has store phone numbers
That's insane. What a poor business practice. Customers are not part of their business?
Unbelievable, no store number available? I want to call first before I go and find out they can't help me. This is how my relationship is starting with them. This sucks, they suck. Unbelievable. Did I mention they suck?
good luck getting help
Rcn is in the area now- I’d suggest them as an ISP over comcast any day
