Went there to get a new remote for my TV. Transaction took less than 5 minutes.

This location was very helpful. We've been dealing with ongoing issues with comcast since May and the manager, Shallondra, helped put some things into perspective. Comcast as a whole would get negative stars but this specific location was a relief.

Thanks to Armando (AJ) for his help. Made it a great and easy experience. Loved it. Check these guys out, it's worth the trip 👍🏼😁

Corporate store... about the only ones that can help you.

If only. I just spent a half hour trying to get that number. I tried every which way of phrasing the question and was clear that the store legally has to have some sort of phone number that can be reached by the city/state in which it's registered. To no avail. So frustrating. I've been defending Comcast recently, but I may have to change my stance.
yes
Yes you can
Probably not, sadly, but I believe deals/ promos are specific to your service area. Also, if you call customer service it's almost impossible to talk to a real person over the phone. You're better off going in to the store to get anything accomplished. But, every time I've gone in to the store I've been satisfied with the employees customer service there.
It's not required, but making a reservation will help you avoid potentially long lines and wait times.
They don't have a direct number for the store. The best bet is to go in and talk to an agent. One gave me his card and I've emailed/texted him directly if I've had an issue.
Just reset your password.
This location is not open. Call the general xfinity customer service for locations ( like Evanston or Skokie) that are open, or for assistance.
Looks like identity theft. Firstly freeze your accounts at TransUnion, Experian, Equifax. Speak to Comcast customer care and have them connect you to the store in a conference call.
Google XFinity. There's one On Ashland, North Ave and in Evanston. There's no number where you can get a Live person. So I'm going to one of the locations Monday.
Yes you can have internet for TV if your TV has a ethernet connection. They are advertising a $20 plan with a one-year contract. If you're having financial problems you can get a $10 plan if you are receiving any kind of government assistance. It's not the fastest speed but it gets the job done and if you get a $10 Netflix plan you're good to go. now you have internet for your phone or laptop and for your television also. By the way if you are approved for the low income plan installation and the router box are free.
Yes
