I’ve had neck pain radiating in my upper back and left shoulder for almost 10 years. My previous experience with PT was not great. They basically showed me a single exercise and kicked me out after 10 sessions, which didn’t do much for me at all. Years later I finally went back to PT at Loop Physical Therapy and it was a huge improvement. They actually took the time to listen to me and observe where I was holding tension, what needed to be strengthened, and any alignment issues. It was definitely not a one size fits all approach. They use almost any kind of therapy that you can think of including PT, electrical stimulation, ultrasound massage, manual, shockwave therapy, chiropractic adjustment, dry needling and etc. Needless to say, they have a lot of tools in their toolbox and will customize their therapy to fit your needs. Recently they started shockwave therapy on my neck and upper back and it has been an absolute breakthrough. I worked with multiple therapists and they were all super helpful. The owner, TJ, is a wellspring of knowledge and experience. Reagan is an amazing PT who has spent a lot of energy addressing my specific issues, for which I am eternally grateful. Dr. Jen, who does acupuncture and chiropractic adjustments, is incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful and has helped me address many aspects of my routine that were contributing to the pain. They all work together to treat you, making them a terrific team. I’m so grateful to all of them, especially now that I’m finally getting a little relief from almost a decade of chronic pain.

I’m currently working with TJ. This was my second attempt at PT for my vestibular issues which affect my gait and balance. My first PT made my problems worse because he didn’t have the skills with neuro physical therapy TJ has. I’ve been working with TJ for just over a month and have already experienced significant improvement. I strongly recommend TJ at Loop Physical Therapy for balance and gait issues.

I was going to wait until I had finished my sessions here to leave a review but I think I'll go ahead and leave one now. Loop PT Edgewater is the best PT I've been to. Regan and TJ constantly add healing tips to sessions and even check for any extra benefits one's insurance may covers. Coming here is always a peaceful part of my day and their care is definitely sincere. I highly recommend!
