You would either have to go to the Greyhound bus station downtown for your ticket or go online. The bus stop is across the street from the dan ryan L . You will see a bus stop for the city bus with a covering and a bench for you to be out the wrather and can sit, then about 50 ft give or take from that there is a sign for you to stand by to catch the Greyhound bus,indiana trails etc. And the bus will come around to where you or other people are standing. The bus sign isn't visible its on a pole like a stop sign.
