My bus was scheduled to be at the station at 6:15 PM. I waited from 5:40 PM to 6:30 PM and there was nothing. I called Greyhound, which redirected to Miller. When I called Miller, they had the audacity to tell me that I don't get to complain unless the bus is at least an hour late. I ended up having to reschedule my flight, which caused me hundreds. I sincerely hope that everyone will realize the parasitic business model that Greyhound and Miller operate on and profit from, and that they will both crash and burn to the ground soon.

One of the worst customers service I ever experienced. They barely speak English and refer you to many different numbers. Not one number we called were able to help! It says you can change the destination for your trip on the website but when we called they couldnβt help us. Really really poor service and policies. I have to be honest I rather walk than take the Greyhound. Itβs overpriced as well!

Do any buses go north to Wausau? For two ppl 1 adult 1 miner
Cumberland Avenue will be the closest but the best place to catch the bus at is downtown Chicago 630 West Harrison depends on where you are going to that is the main station on Harrison
It's best you call them directly to find out. Also there is no station near O'Hare. You would have to go to the station on Harrison
It's not a matter of open or closed hours. They have very limited hours there. Also, it's best to buy a ticket on the internet, you will get a scan bar code to board the bus. You have to wait for the bus to arrive.
It varies. You can check online.
It will be best for you to buy it at the place...it's cheaper....i think that's just a stop
10 miles
