Currently Lawrence Manor does have a waitlist. We have a residency preference for applicants who live in Rich Township. What does that mean? So if an applicant has a address that is verified to be in one of the nine municipalities of Rich Township, that applicant will be higher on the waitlist than an applicant who lives outside of Rich Township. Great question!!
It depends on after you have submitted a completed application and a vacancy becomes available. I suggest calling occasionally to see where your loved one is on the wait list.
I helped my dad apply and it took 6 months start to finish. He loves living there. Be patient. It's based on availibilty and other criteria. Give them a call. Every person situation is unique in terms of income ect.
