No stars would be more appropriate. I have been waiting for a bulk pick up for 2 weeks with unfulfilled promises of pick up times. The items can not be left outside my house, therefore it's constantly being dragged out of the garage in anticipation for it's retrieval. This company is horrible!!!

We use Waste Management for Masonry Rubble Removal for our chimney service company. Yesterday I called waste management to confirm that they in fact open at 7am as listed on there google ad and that we would be able to dump what we needed too at that time. They sent me around to 2-3 different people and a couple of automative answering machines before I could get a straight answer. Finally they confirmed this so I had 2 employees arrive to our location 2 hrs early to load and drive to the waste management by 8. They arrived to a closed office and had to return to our location. The reason I gave 2 stars is because when they are open it's a quick convenient way for us to get rid of the rubble, but the fact that nobody in there company knows when this location is open and their website says 7 o'clock makes it difficult to schedule work around.
