No matter what day or time of day I call they never answer the phone! The property manager or assistant property manager. On another note, the apartments are nice, the grounds well maintained, and in person, the staff is friendly and professional.

Lawrence Manor is subsidized housing for seniors age 62 or older living on a fixed income. There is a living room, but not a dining room. There is space in the kitchen for a small kitchen table. Each apartment is about 540 square feet. Yes! Please contact the site and an application can be mailed. Thank you for this question!
Currently Lawrence Manor does have a waitlist. We have a residency preference for applicants who live in Rich Township. What does that mean? So if an applicant has a address that is verified to be in one of the nine municipalities of Rich Township, that applicant will be higher on the waitlist than an applicant who lives outside of Rich Township. Great question!!
