I rented a waterside bounce house for my son's birthday and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the jumper. The steps were so worn out that the kids couldn't even climb up. We ended up having to attach our own ropes just so they could use it. We will definitely never rent from them again.

I have rented from them twice and have had a great experience. Reservations online and payment options as well, yes you might not get a call right away but other than that it’s not a big deal. I would highly recommend this place!

Well negative or zero stars isn't an option. I had called and spoke to a lady who was going to be sending pictures of what waterslides they had for rent. I got pictures via text then was ghosted. Seriously. Unresponsive after numerous attempts of communication. Emailing for an estimate and call back. Calls/leaving voicemails, texting, etc. I was trying to fortunately schedule for an event 3 weeks in advance so I found an up and coming rental company in town that immediately responded, had way better pricing, and actually showed customer service skills. Til this say I have not heard back. I just had my event and it went perfect. Definetely newer companies out there offering better services now, might want to step up the game if you want business before you're out of business.

I reserved a simple jumper house and they delivered early on the day of the party. Since it was going to be in our back yard, they allowed us to keep it overnight. Kids loved it! The only issue we had, when we tried calling ahead for confirmation, they didn't answer. We called for about two days, in the AM and PM, and we got an answer after the second day.
