Marijuana is going to be legal starting next year. Will that effect how their drug policy works? Like will there be more leniency towards the consumption of marijuana? Also how does the current drug test policy work?

If you are not a member they won't let you come to a meeting. The policy probably won't change. They say their looking into it, but I honestly think their still will be no tolerance for drug use. It's still federally illegal.
