It depends of what kind of frame it is, they usually do full frames, where it goes all around the lens and semi rimless, pretty sure they cannot do a drill mount where there are no frames around the lens at all. To be sure I would bring the frame in and ask. It's always better to ask in person than over the phone, then that way you will get a definitive answer.
Obviously they have to be the same size. Just go in and show it to them what you need done
They have techs that do just about every kind of repair or replace task. You might want to call first to avoid a wait. It's a busy location, appointments are preferred, but not necessary.
