I believe that there is a sports card shop in Westfield. Triple Crown Sports Cards.
There isn't many sports shops left. Chautauqua comics doesn't sell sports cards. However in Salamanca antique mall there is a small private shop that sells sports cards.
They do not have sports cards. I'm from out of town but I was just there on saturday. I am a collector of sports cards and didn't find anything there. I do not know about other stores in the area.
