Random lady that answered the phone was extremely rude. I had simply asked for a release date to see if my fiance would be out before I give birth, and the lady started yelling and hung up the call.

They have done more harm than good for me. I even tried to talk with their "patient advocate" Stephanie and was met with attitude and empty promises of a call back. Two years of wasting my time with these people and them setting me back in my healthcare is inexcusable. Drive a little further and find QUALIFIED help or suffer the same treatment I've endured!!!

How does an inpatient rehab center allow new patients to make outside calls when the patient is suppose to be in a blackout phase? This does not help the inpatient towards recovery at all.
