I was overcharged for my project I’ve called three times and left messages with the secretaries and each time they have told me that the owner would give me a call and that is just not happening. I brought in my own aluminum fence material to be welded at a grade they accomplished the job at a set price then I brought in the exact same fence material a few weeks later and they overcharged me by $190 with no reasonable explanation. The owner was made aware of this and apparently it’s just not a priority for him. Enjoy the extra money you overcharged me because I will not be back here Consistency is very important and if something comes up at the bare minimum a phone call would go a long way. I would recommend finding a more consistent reliable fab shop that actually has customer service and at least Explains how and why they are just screwing out of money.

I was referred from Alro and I called today and was helped by Ms Carol the whole staff seemed very nice and team etiquette was phenomenal. I believe this Fab shop is where I will refer anyone that is in need.
