No they are not doing take out. In addition to what Rakisha perfectly said, a brick pizza oven is not really equipped to do a large volume of orders. Now they do give you to go boxes for the food you don't finish so you don't have to skip desserts! They're phenomenal too!
Grindstone does not do takeout. Based on their response posted on Facebook recently they are choosing not to do takeout so that they can focus on providing the best experience for their dine in customers. They wrote a lot more that you can look up yourself but personally (in my opinion), they aren't serving take out type food. This is food that should be eaten as served. I don't think it would taste the same reheated at home.
