I had a tour today at Laurelton Village. It was a pleasant experience. The girls in the office were very friendly and answered all my questions. Looks likes a nice community!

Recently moved from this location. Had so many issues with this place. Move in process was easy because they literally do everything virtually (I’d recommend to see their units in person before signing ANYTHING) but once you move in an have issues they will not contact you back. Apartment wasn’t properly cleaned when I moved in, during my stay the whole building had a roach infestation. They did not act quick enough. Then moving out, again no communication. I left things in the apartment that maintenance needed to remove…they charged $730 to remove the little bit I left behind (they even charge you for taking photos of what you left). When I moved in they didn’t clean…but they charge $730 to clean out minimal things? Also, Constant domestic situations, couples constantly arguing, police being called, etc. Rent is so high I was expecting better services and living. Didn’t meet my expectations at all.

So I recently moved out of Laurelton Village apartments in Williamstown New Jersey where I resided for three years with my father. We were already on a month-to-month lease looking for a new place but with coronavirus it made it very hard to find one. When Dad got sick, I was finally able to find a place in Hammonton. It's the first floor two bedroom rancher type. Not the biggest but it works. Since August I've informed the office of my father's illness and the fact that he was on a ventilator. I explained to them that we had no paperwork and couldn't get anything signed because my father was unconscious. The lease was in my father's name because I co-signed for my mom and her ex to get an apartment therefore I could not go on my own lease. Not only has this place placed us in a second floor apartment when we were supposed to be on the first floor. They have made it impossible to leave. I've now paid rent for two places for now three months because they would not speak to me. I understand needing the power of attorney, I know the legal aspects. However, even after dropping off the power of attorney with my name and phone number I still have yet to hear back from them. My father is finally doing much better and I had him call. We are now locked in for the month of November as well. Mind you I moved out in the beginning of September. I've seen firsthand where this complex swears they've replaced the carpeting and repainted and done thorough cleaning. Which while to their standards might actually be true, I promise you it's false. If you can deal with all of their bull for a year, then this place is worth it for you. If you're looking for a longer stay I suggest looking elsewhere because they raise the rent every year. The month-to-month lease is even worse. The rent increases at least $100 every month on the month-to-month. The icing on the cake for me is the supervisor telling me that there is no voicemail service to leave messages. Mind you I've been there three years. I've left multiple messages regarding rent, pool issues and maintenance problems on multiple occasions. If this is their supervisor that this company really needs to reevaluate who they have running their businesses. I was considering hiring a lawyer but it'll cost more in legal fees than it will be to just pay November's rent. Good luck to anyone looking at this place.

Just did my renewal with Gina and the process was easy. I used to have to schedule an appointment and sign 100 pages at the office. Now it gets emailed and I just sign on my phone. My apartment is nice, the location is great and the staff has always been helpful. No complaints here.

Don't move there. Managment is getting rid of everyone who isn't following guide lines to a T. They don't care!
There's an initial payment of abt $100 and then$25 or$30 a month
