Never had a problem with the parts dept. I get all my Harley parts there. Sorry to hear that.
Purchased a set of short shots from Williams and the chrome was chipped a little bit. One year later still haven't received the rear cylinder pipe. And keep getting told that they're working on it.
I'd give them a call and ask for Debbie.
