The service dept always treats me like I'm their best customer. They will talk things through with you to solve a problem and give you good advice on maintaining your ride. They never talk down to you or make you feel like you don't know what you're talking about. I bought a bike here in 2018 and got the red carpet treatment from the sales dept, thumbs up to Lima HD!
