There's a handicap entrance at the backnof the glassed in big dining area. Pull around to the back and you can roll right in. Just call them first.

If you go in and tell them you need assistance with someone handicap they will assist you. This is a friendly family restaurant with values of the Old South.
Yes it is. My father-in-law is handicapped and had no trouble accessing the restaurant. The waiter was quite helpful with making the table accessible for him. We called ahead with that very question and they provided the necessary information on where to park and come in.
Not that was obvious. We walked up about 5 steps into the bar and another few steps into the restaurant.
