Most furniture companies work with a 3rd party ask them to give you their number and maybe you can contact them directly for more info on the process. Also remember it is the holidays so shortage of staff and most likely more orders is what's happening. Supply of service and demand is to blame.
Just call and stay on them about it. Sometimes they have a lot of deliveries.
Yea we had similar problem but we're happy with our stuff it just took way to long to get
