My Mom decided to splurge on a quality recliner. She was recently widowed and has cardiac issues and sometimes needs to sleep in a recliner position. Mom was super excited to purchase her new Lay Z Boy recliner. Gary was helpful enough and pleasant. Well it all stopped there. The chair was recently delivered and was broken. The delivery guy basically dropped and left. Did not give my Mom the opportunity to refuse the delivery and all she was left with was an empty promise of repair. It has been three weeks, numerous phone calls and still nothing. My Mom can’t even sit in the chair so it sits in her way. If she had wanted a broken chair we could have gone to a garage sale. Gary does not return her calls, nobody has shown to repair the chair and when you call for service it sends you to a call center where you get more empty promises of a repair. LayZBoy should be ashamed of themself. If you are looking for quality furniture and customer service, do NOT look to LayZ Boy. Extremely disappointed. Thanks for nothing Gary.

Seen a recliner that we wanted to buy. It was sitting on the floor as you go in the front door. Sales lady said it was on discontinued list. But she would not sell it to us. Craziness. They Said there were no more in stock. We have 2 ea lazy Boy recliners at home that we bought there. Never again. They are in la la land.

Beautiful, comfortable, and well made couch. Love the i-clean fabric. Worth the seven month wait. Since my last La Z boy couch lasted 27 years, I have a 20 and 6 year old recliners that are still in great condition so buying another La z boy was a done deal.
