Eric, you’d have to contact the store management to see if it’s permissible. I know Potomac Mills outlet mall is right next door with a huge parking lot. I’m not sure if there are local ordinances that prevent it.

Well I know there a big parking lot but like others have said, you have to contact the store management to get your answers.
Getting in the parking lot won't be the easiest. I'd find something like the others have said.
I've always heard that it is permissible. Although, an easier place for a big rig is the rest stop just south of here on the interstate.
