For awareness, this is a review of strictly the sales experience. In search of a new Integra I ended up at Karen Radley Acura for the first time and was able to secure my vehicle choice easily while in the dealership for less than 15 minutes I imagine. I came in with a mission, got right to the point and Melvin made the first step easy-peasy. Fast forward to my car being delivered I headed back to the dealership, prepared to block off 3-5 hours of my Friday evening to complete the transaction. Melvin met me promptly and already had a plan. We checked out the car and then sat at his desk for 15-20 minutes to signs some forms, then he whisked me off to meet with Doc in Finance. Albeit we were hit with an unexpected failure of wireless phone service in the area at that point, Doc found alternative approaches to some of the tasks that we needed to accomplish with my bank and got us back on track in no time. I estimate that we actually purchased a new car and drove off within 75 minutes. That is astounding and to add to that pile of happiness, we did not waste any time trying to pound me into submission on add-ons. To add to that, floor mats were included with the price of the car!!! I don't know if that is just an Acura thing but that was the seemingly unobvious perk that meant alot to me. I feel that I got a fair price without spending hours haggling, and the delivery process was nothing short of amazing. I would not hesitate to go back to these guys tomorrow to purchase a car, thanks to Melvin and Doc, and I believe to how Karen Radley Acura is run. Nice job guys :)

The air conditioning is not working
Install the application on your phone and connect the device to the vehicle via USB port
The 2019 ILX isnt available as a manual transmission if that's what you're asking. 2014-15 still has it, without further investigation
Auto insurance would be the way to go.
Id suggest bringing it in and speaking with a sales consultant.
