Wondering why after verifying with the hospital billing dept the bill you sent to collections was not ours, and letting Leo in billing know this by phone on Jan 28, 2020, how long it takes to have someone to remove from collections?

They are HORRIBLE Michelle..I had to take them to the BBB, and it was resolved quickly..I suggest the same.
