The office was being renovated... So some days the staff was there and some days they were not and all without notice... While this was extremely frustrating to everyone even the staff, the office is now open at 9 everyday and only Wednesdays are questionable....
The hours of operation varies right now, a ton of remodeling is going on throughout the complex and the office is one building that is being remodeled. But to answer your question...I don't know
