It depends on what you consider a deal. For certain brands, yes. I personally got a better deal online but i was looking for a certain brand. I tend to cross shop online while I'm in the store to find the best deals

Since they have great deals on women's shoes, I'd imagine so. Just be in the mood to shop because the shoes are only separated by size & clearance or name brand. Winter & summer shoes are all together on racks. A lot of shoes do not have lids for the boxes & some do not even have a box. Most of the name brand ones do though. When you check out, they even ask if you want your boxes today. I normally order my shoes directly online from Nordstrom's and made my first trip to The Rack this week. I accidentally had ordered the same pair of shoes twice & had one pair that ran large & they didn't have my size. I took them back to The Rack & was able to return my 2 pairs of shoes & exchange them for 7 pairs & only paid a $75 difference. Of course, like I said, this was for women's shoes but I can't imagine the men's shoes being different. They still have shoes that are over $700 but, I don't pay THAT much for 1 pair of shoes, dream about it, yes, actually buy them, no.

Yes. I've bought a few pairs of shoes there. Decent brands like ECCO.
