I had similar incidents with the weekend nurses. They could have cared less. The physical therapy team was great. I was hurting really bad and wanted to try heat on my ailments but I was not ever able to use heat because they were all being used. So then I did the ice packs, if there was some, I wanted to try heat to see if it would help more. I thought that was disappointing for a rehabilitation hospital. And the bathrooms are absolutely disgustingly dirty. This is my fourth trip here and every time I was question about my stay I reported how this "hospital" was filthy!!😵

The place was so dirty I wouldn't allow them to touch my daughters wound. We went back to the hospital for wound care even though the wound team offered to come to us. I'm so sorry for your loss.
