Drive thru dirty. Can only imagine how inside looks. Asked for order, provided, and took a couple minutes to respond and have to give order again.

I believe your all correct. No need to answer the phone unless it's a known number. No desire to answer . Not in they're job description. You have a question come into the store.

Where is management?? NEEDED badly. Im 83 yrs old and could do better than this lazy bunch ignoring customers. Absolutely terrible.
