I bought 2018 car on February 13 and canceled the optional service contract on March 10. I text suppose to take 6-8 week to refund and I still haven’t received a return phone call or the refund. What should I do?

If you bought it from Columbia kia you are screwed bad to do business with go to another kia dealership for help

Same. Just go in and talk to them. They've been reasonable and customer friendly to me.
