Most psychiatrist do require drug test if they are going to prescribe narcotics.
For some things, yes.
As a new patient prob so but not always. Depends on what your diagnosis is and what they might want to prescribe. And these days especially at Burrell they don't prescribe narcotics/controlled substances.
