Why is this store so bad and so intent on ripping off it's customers?

I never had problems until one of the cashiers tried to scam me. She scanned my coupons but charged me the original total.

Yup I wonder the same thing, there employees and customer service is so bad too!!!!

I've never had a problem there. Actually, if you have the Kohls charge card, you can get $60 worth of merchandise for $30 if you have Kohls cash and the 30% off ad. Ive saved over a hundred dollars in one day quite a few times using that method. I think it's a great store with a great selection.

Great store with good employees and sales.never had any problems there. 5 stars
