Cindy in the leasing office is always very helpful and nice. The apartments themselves are decent - they are pretty spacious and well-maintained. The grounds and outside areas are always very clean as well. My only concern is the fact that you can’t control the temperature inside your apartment. In the spring and fall it sometimes reaches 80 in my apartment (especially at night) and unless it’s 60 degrees or warmer outside, you can’t use the AC unit (It will blow warm air if you turn it on). I do leave my windows open but I end up sick the next day due to the pollen in the air. It’s been a huge struggle, especially because even when it’s 50 degrees outside, it will still be 78 degrees in here at night. The office basically has no solution and you aren’t allowed to put AC units in the windows. I would hope in the future this could be fixed and/or reconsidered for the comfortability of their residents.

Upon Signing lease you head to your apartment and they have nice air fresheners plugged in which smell fantastic, than they have welcome baskets in the kitchen AND in the bathroom for the kitchen you get chocolates and ragù sauce with noodles to make spaghetti than you get travel sized toiletries for your bath first apartment nik-gift love it here it has ample lighting inside and out ample space and ample parking for everyone involved. Rent out and please be a new tenant here! It’s good here

Nice place to live. Good staff and emergency service is good. Best part is 5min walk to Ashland train station
