Why can't I call AT&T stores and get the representatives which are ACTUALLY AT THE STORE on the phone? I like the Webb City store. I want to talk to one of those representatives. I do not want to waste time with the corporate automated system.

I'm glad you got them, Melissa. I wish AT&T would incorporate the call back feature at their stores, where you can leave your name and number and they will call you back. I understand being busy; I've worked retail. One of the reasons I am loyal to the Webb City store is because of their representatives, one in particular. My mind has blanked on her name, unfortunately, but she always knows me. The others have been good to me as well. I'm not complaining about the representatives the corporate system sends me to, but I definitely appreciate the local touch.

I've called there and they've picked up. If their not all busy they do pick up.
