DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY STEAL. THEY LIE. They commit fraud. The area manager of AT&T is opening up a fraud case with this branch because they ADDED a SIM card to my brother’s phone without my family’s knowledge. It is $34/mo. We had been charged for almost 2 years before we found out. Luckily, the Joplin branch helped us.

I'm glad you got them, Melissa. I wish AT&T would incorporate the call back feature at their stores, where you can leave your name and number and they will call you back. I understand being busy; I've worked retail. One of the reasons I am loyal to the Webb City store is because of their representatives, one in particular. My mind has blanked on her name, unfortunately, but she always knows me. The others have been good to me as well. I'm not complaining about the representatives the corporate system sends me to, but I definitely appreciate the local touch.
I hope you got somewhere Laurean. I always get sent to the corporate online system, which wastes time and often has problems understanding me. It's not a 24 hour customer service help either.
Yes, we always carry the newest phones from Samsung. Stop by our Webb City location and see them in person.
Usually u can get the service u select to basically override the phones program and install their service but u can go on utube and ask for the unlock code for your phone to unlock ...or jailbreak it .. and then take it and get the new service
