Their customer service is garbage their delivery system is horrid they dont belong in the postal service line of work complete waste of space and useless the whole lot of them ups and fedex are way better at their job.

I have not received any mail in 4 business days. October 5th, 6th, 10th and 11th. I have also had mail which needed to go out but was never picked up. I just had to drive around to find a big old blue box to mail out my bills. The rude young man delivering around here told my neighbor , when she asked him why he didn't pick up outgoing mail, that if he doesn't have a delivery for her he doesn't have to pick her outgoing mail. Rude and very poor service.
