I Have called every single day after I applied for the food stamps. Then I get a one call back when Was busy and this really is unethical making me look like I messed up when I called each day from when they opened at 8am. I would call and complete

Why would they call someone at 6:30am then you call the number back no answer it’s like I’m playing phone tag with them and it’s been a week now still haven’t heard anything back I left my call back number,I really need Health insurance and some food assistance

This office serves all of Boone county and several surrounding counties so it's extremely busy. The best thing to do is to keep trying.
