I would recommend finding a day where you can go into the office. You may have a long wait time to bring a book or something, but if you are polite and follow the instructions given to you by the employees they will be able to help you.

I Have called every single day after I applied for the food stamps. Then I get a one call back when Was busy and this really is unethical making me look like I messed up when I called each day from when they opened at 8am. I would call and complete

Why would they call someone at 6:30am then you call the number back no answer it’s like I’m playing phone tag with them and it’s been a week now still haven’t heard anything back I left my call back number,I really need Health insurance and some food assistance
