I have talk to the office but my they closed my case because they don’t have a qualified immigration lawyer plus the lawyer that I had agreement with left the firm. More than that she had deal with me and my family on something and now after a year they change everything and because they are not able to help they want me to pay $1600 to take care of my case while they don’t have any qualified lawyer now. I lost my trust in their word and very disappointed
