Very few of the staff care AND even fewer will follow through. Some act like they care, but don't do what they say they will do, or at least if they do well do so in a reasonably timely manner. Rooms and equipment were often filthy, as shown by the photo from the shower floor which hadn't obviously been cleaned from previous patient(s). There are always loud noises, employees just having personal banter and side conversations while patients are crying out for help, and very little care for patient comfort, especially when it comes to being fed and hydrated as well as fresh air and temperature.

First of all the staff here is filled with professionalism and poise. It's no wonder why former Gov Hickenlooper endorses Denver Health...Randy Newman sings it best with "You got a friend in me." The care team is amazeballs. And for the love of the light, learn bedside manners....peace out Google

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE sat for 2 hours and didn’t even get seen. Ended up leaving and going to a different ER. Then the nurse that checked me in acted like she was surprised that my pain level was a 8 like she didn’t believe me. Horrible won’t return here for any reason.

Do Not Eat Here First visit-my choice was some orange "chicken", 5 pieces of roast beef, or warm salami, left with nothing. Second visit- Shorted me 25% of my double meat. Filthy cutting board, smashed my bread, overcharged me for sandwich, then could not be bothered to help me further, the only in person customer, because needed to do online orders.
