I was looking for 0 starts but there’s no option Bad experience Still don’t make no sense because really charging for leaving a voice mail Charging 20 min ? When I only call 3 times for no more than 5-6 min and why the lawyer Richard dint tell he was gonna charge me for 20 min I was wasting time and money unbelievable how the rates are !!!! I’m gonna write a review at your website Because this it’s is not fair I dint not receive help with my case actually made this worse I lost $1150 with your guys and I’m fixing this on my own ITS CRAZY !!! I need my money back…

Absolutely awful! They have very poor communication skills and you don't need that when trying to hire an attorney that is going to be negotiating a settlement. They play on teams and its a big operation that grinds down your retainer fees as fast as they can. If your retainer gets too low you will start getting collection calls. If you want personalized service, don't go here. It's just a place that thrives on percentages. $$$$$$$ I asked to have a demand letter written and after waiting over 2 weeks and charging me many administrative fees, they sent it out. To my dismay they did not include a "demand fee" on the "demand letter". This is a tactic to cause the other party to inquire more and run up your fees prior to settlement, if they can even get a settlement.....which is questionable with this place. Needless to say, I will be filing a complaint to the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel and the Better Business Bureau for unethical behavior. I spent $5,000.00 here and because of those type of games they play they were unsuccessful at collecting anything for me. But, they certainly got their pockets full from my many retainer replenish fees!

Constant billing problems and bipolar on decisions when asking for suggestions or what you should or need to do I do not recommend them at all

I have talk to the office but my they closed my case because they don’t have a qualified immigration lawyer plus the lawyer that I had agreement with left the firm. More than that she had deal with me and my family on something and now after a year they change everything and because they are not able to help they want me to pay $1600 to take care of my case while they don’t have any qualified lawyer now. I lost my trust in their word and very disappointed
Small Claims Court often provides leverage for this type of wrong and it is set up for self help, I recommend looking into filing a Small Claims suit at your County Courthouse.
