Only on certain items. Styrofoam, tvs, computers and some other, hard to recycle products.

Can Styrofoam be recycled?

At the Arvada site there is a $1 charge to drop off your full car load of recyclables that are easy to recycle. The other hard to recycle are charged depending one what it is; and how much weight it is. Check the sites it will give a fee schedule.
