2 y/o may be too young. You may also have to wait, if there are other customers.

Not really. 4yo and up will enjoy and understand it more.
Yes it is because the staff communcate well with the younger kids and they make it fun. If shes two and has never done it before i advise making a morning appointment because they can get crowded and busy quick.
