Naturals: Stay far away from this establishment. Even if you aren’t natural, beware. Yes, your hair will come out sleek but after you wash, you’ll see how damaged your hair is.. and you will smell it. My hair is damaged and my curls are ruined. I initially came here just for a trim on October 25th. I already washed and straightened my hair before coming so I assumed I would be in and out. The lady who did my hair wet my hair and trimmed it before blowing it out again. She sits closest to the window and her name may be Louisa. I could be wrong on the name. I gave her the OK to wet my hair and asked why, but she said wetting before cutting is recommended. This was the first red flag. I should’ve ran out the salon. My hair took way too much heat and I should not have allowed her to wet my hair just to go over it with the blower a million times. It’s crazy how I came in just for a cut, and if I received what I asked for, my hair would NOT be in the state it is currently in. My hair still has a burnt stench and some of my hair is still straight and feels limp and thin. Soooo much hair has been falling out. When doing hair, the stylist should be careful about the client’s natural hair and provide a certain level of CARE. This establishment fails in the area of care. I never needed my hair to be wet before cutting, followed by a blow out. My hair is DAMAGED and took on way too much heat. I came in for an even cut and STILL need a cut. On top of that, my once thick, curly hair is in a terrible state. My hair is breaking and severely damaged

The women treat you like family. Their blowouts make your hair feel as smooth as glass. They are kind, patient and kid friendly!

They ruined my hair. It smelled like rotten eggs for six weeks straight. It breaks at the roots. So, whatever they put in the shampoo/conditioner damaged my hair severely. I had nice medium/long wavy hair. Thanks to them, it is shoulder length, breaking and fall out.
