Umbrellas are permitted under a certain length, as stated. No beach umbrellas or golf umbrellas. Blankets are recommended on the lawn. Just be courteous about how much space you occupy. No beverages but you can bring snack foods in.
Umbrellas cant be pointed on end and a certain length. I am not sure what length, sorry. I know golf umbrellas are NOT allowed.
You cannot bring in drinks, blankets absolutely you should bring especially if you are sitting on the lawn. I am unsure if umbrellas are allowed, I have seen people wearing ponchos though
